To request the deletion of your account and associated personal data (such as your account identity, play history, debug logs, performance metrics, etc.), please use the button below to send us an email.
Our Process
Once we receive your request, we'll email you to confirm. You'll have a short window to reply and cancel if it was made in error. If we don't hear back, we begin deleting your account and personal data. Some information may be retained for a limited time — for example, in backups or to meet legal obligations — as described in our Privacy Policy.
If the button above does not open your mail app, please manually email support@crosssubject.com with the subject 'Hide and Pic Account Deletion Request' from the email address registered to your account.
